1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Digital Refinery (“the Promoter”). The marketing association is not involved or responsible for the giveaway.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens when the entry form becomes available at the start of the conference and closes at 3:30pm NZST on the day of the Digital Day Out 2026 event. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the prize draw but may still be considered for a free digital audit.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- One entry per person.
- Employees of Digital Refinery or the marketing association or any Digital Refinery competitors or agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Prizes
There are two (2) prizes available:
- Gift Box valued at approximately NZ$150.
- Free SEO Setup Package valued at NZ$2,000.
The two prizes may be awarded to:
- two different winners; or
- a single entrant may win both prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
Gift Box Prize
The Gift Box winner will be selected by a random electronic prize draw using a randomised selection application from all eligible entries received before the closing time.
Free SEO Setup Prize
The Free SEO Setup winner will be selected by Digital Refinery from eligible entries. To qualify, the entrant must:
- represent a business that has been operating for a minimum of five (5) years; and
- complete the giveaway entry form.
If no eligible business meets the above criteria, Digital Refinery reserves the right not to award the SEO Setup prize or to select another eligible entrant.
The SEO Setup package includes implementation of Digital Refinery’s standard SEO setup service. Any additional work requested outside the standard scope will be quoted separately. This does not include any ongoing SEO work or website work. The maximum number of pages for the SEO setup will be limited to 30 based on the time it takes. Setup will be done on core service or product category pages.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond on the day of the event for the gift box, then another random winner will be chosen on the spot. Audit winner will be contacted directly by Digital Refinery after the event.
7. Marketing Communications
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to Digital Refinery contacting them regarding their entry, free digital audit, and other relevant sales & marketing services. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway, conducting the free digital audit (where requested), and for marketing & sales communications.
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. (Creatonic)
