Overview
Mastertint offers vehicle tinting and other useful services to their customers in Australia. A car tinting service from them can provide you with 99% protection against harmful UV rays as well as block out heat and annoying glare on bright sunny days during Australia’s notoriously hot summers.
The Challenge
Their problem was, after getting their website redesigned (not by us!), their SEO rankings dropped completely. They used to be ranking on the 1st page of Google, but since the redesign they were not. This was because their previous company did not do any SEO redirection or work from the old website. This made them especially hesitant to use SEO services, as their previous agency had done a subpar job. Therefore, they were reluctant to ‘waste’ more money on SEO.
Thankfully, they decided to take the plunge, and it paid off!

To understand their issues, we first performed an SEO audit.
To improve and fix Mastertint’s SEO, we researched their SEO and checked their old website and then correctly set up their SEO for them. Then we completed all the redirection work that needed to be done on their old website. We also transferred content such as blogs from their old website to their new website which was missing from the new website and was performing well on the old site. This was to help them rank for relevant keywords. We also suggested ways for them to fix their website design that would improve the user experience.
We were pleased that they decided to trust us with their SEO work.

- 2 Keywords ranking on 1st Page of Google
- 8 new additional keywords ranking
- Average position increased by 32.72 points
Mastertint now ranking on the 1st page of Google for 2 high-volume keywords specific to their business!
Since we set up MasterTint’s SEO, they have also started ranking for 7 additional keywords which they were not ranking for before. Their SEO also improved significantly. Their visibility went up by 2.14%, meaning more customers are able to find them. Additionally, their average position on Google Search results went up by 32.72 points in one month! This means they now show up on the 1st page of Google for many more keywords.
